Today it has been two weeks since I began my experiment using honey to clear up my acne. As if menopause did not bring enough issues, it has to add acne to it’s list of woes. So when I started researching natural ways to deal with this acne, I kept coming across raw honey as the best answer.

It’s Monday morning and I am struggling to pull together a coherent thought.

I’ve been thinking a lot about boundaries lately. There are many types of boundaries. Countries, states, neighbors. But the most difficult type of boundary to set and enforce is a personal boundary.

It’s a new year and my only resolution is to not make resolutions.  Life is full of surprises and opportunities.  I want to be open and available for all of them. We had a great time with our grandkids over the holidays.  There is nothing like a 6 1/2 year-old and a 10 year-old to brighten Christmas morning.  They stayed with us several days during their school break.  I was in seventh heaven!
