Friday Fun: DIY Sparkly Shoe

I needed a fun, sparkly pair of shoes for BlissDom and I didn’t have a lot of money to spend. So I went to Walmart and bought a cheap pair of black flats. I raided my crafts stuff and got my Mod Podge and some glitter. I dumped the glitter into the Mod Podge and painted several thin coats on the shoes. This is what I ended up with. Pretty cool, huh?
